I For You is not a commercial or investment entity and does not offer financial returns, profit-sharing, or guaranteed benefits to members, donors, or volunteers.

• Membership in I For You is voluntary.
• Membership does not create an employer–employee, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship.
• Membership does not entitle any person to financial gain, employment, decision-making authority, or ownership of I For You assets or funds.
We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion.
• All donations and contributions are voluntary.
• Donations are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Donations do not create ownership, control, or entitlement over I For You funds, assets, or activities.
• While we strive to use funds for their intended social purpose, I For You retains discretion on allocation based on identified needs and priorities.
I For You aims to manage funds responsibly and transparently. Financial summaries or reports may be shared periodically; however, access to detailed financial information
is subject to internal governance processes and availability.
Nothing in these Terms obligates I For You to provide personalised financial reports to individual members or donors.
Participation in I For You activities, events, visits, or volunteering is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk. Participants acknowledge that:
• Community and outreach activities may involve inherent risks.
• They are responsible for their own safety, health, and personal belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I For You shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
I For You does not guarantee:
• Frequency or continuity of activities
• Selection of specific beneficiaries
• Personal recognition, rewards, or benefits
• Outcomes or impact levels of any activity
Members and participants are expected to:
• Act respectfully and ethically
• Avoid fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or misuse of funds
• Uphold the values and reputation of I For You
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership or participation, without prior notice, for conduct deemed harmful to the organisation or its mission.
All content on this website, including the name “I For You”, logos, text, images, and materials, is the property of I For You unless otherwise stated.
No member or third party may use I For You branding, name, or materials for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Kenya:
• I For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Any liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount donated by the individual, or zero (0) if no donation was made.
Any dispute arising from membership, donations, or participation shall:
• First be addressed through internal resolution mechanisms.
• If unresolved, be referred to mediation or arbitration.
• Be governed by the laws of Kenya.
Courts of Kenya shall have jurisdiction where applicable.
